TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scope of Services: The services encompass the creation, production, and digital delivery tailored to the client's specifications as discussed and finalized.
Payment Terms: The client commits to settle the full quoted amount prior to the project's initiation. Fees vary, factoring in the intricacy and duration of the project, as well as any supplementary services enlisted.
Revisions: The given price encompasses two revisions. Subsequent revisions will attract charges, determined by our mutually agreed hourly rate.
Delivery: Completed projects will be digitally dispatched in the format specified by the client. The client commits to respecting the timeline stipulated at the project's outset.
Ownership Rights: Upon settling the complete payment, the client will be endowed with a non-exclusive license to utilize the output for purposes detailed in our accord. I reserve all supplementary rights.
Cancellation: Should the client abort the project post the initiation of work, a cancellation fee becomes due. This fee reflects the quantum of work executed.
Refunds: Refunds are exclusive to scenarios where I am rendered incapable of project finalization.
Liability: I disclaim accountability for any indirect losses or overheads borne by the client. This includes, but isn't limited to, profit losses, goodwill erosion, reputational damages, or data loss stemming from the project's use.
Confidentiality: Both entities pledge to uphold the confidentiality of the project specifics, barring mutual agreement to the contrary.
Governing Law: The stipulations within these terms and conditions are aligned with and deciphered as per the legal framework of the State of California.

Customer Guidelines:

Revisions: As part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we offer two revisions for each project. This ensures the final product closely aligns with your vision.
Revision Process: To make the most of each revision, please provide clear and detailed feedback. This will help us accurately implement the desired changes and better meet your expectations.
Additional Revisions: If more than two revisions are required, additional charges may apply. We recommend consolidating feedback to maximize the value of the included revisions.
Timeline: Keep in mind that each revision may impact the project's delivery date. We'll keep you informed of any timeline adjustments as we progress.
Final Approval: After the two included revisions, we'll seek your final approval on the project. Once approved, any subsequent changes might be subject to additional fees.
Feedback Channels: For streamlined communication, please relay all feedback through our designated channels, whether that's via email, a project management tool, or other specified means.
